Pine Lakes is a picturesque 55 plus community that lies adjacent to twin lakes, nestled in the foothills of the Prescott National Forest. Our sixty acre village is just five miles from the historic downtown Prescott Courthouse Square where many events take place throughout the year.
Pine Lakes provides the opportunity for residents to enjoy the many recreational opportunities available in the Prescott area. These include kayaking, hiking, golf, horseback riding, and fishing as well as a variety of musical and theatrical entertainment.
There are two volunteer groups at Pine Lakes that work with management to organize social activities and monitor health and safety issues for homeowners.
The first group is the Resident’s Association. This group of individuals is responsible for all the social activities that take place throughout the year. A wide variety of planned events are held on a regular basis.
The second group is the Pine Lakes Association of Manufactured Home Owners (PLAMHO). This chartered organization of volunteers acts on issues involving the Health, Safety, and Welfare of the community.
Both associations work for the residents to make this a great place to live for active adults.
This website is dedicated as a community resource to provide information for the residents of Pine Lakes.
